Originally founded by Delta Airlines, Aerosim Flight Academy (now L3 Airline Academy) is an accredited flight school dedicated to training the next generation of commercial airline pilots. Utilizing paid search as its primary means of lead generation for recruitment, Aerosim was unhappy with the results its agency was delivering, and approached Three21 to perform a digital marketing overhaul.
Facing low enrollment numbers, Aerosim Flight Academy — a leader in aviation training and education located in Central Florida — approached Three21 to provide a complete digital marketing overhaul. Despite delivering world-class training to aspiring professional pilots and successfully placing more than 300 flight instructors at 30 different airlines, the flight academy had become stagnant in its space, realizing that, among other issues, the lack of a sales process was impeding its potential for growth.
With every client, our first step involves a meticulous research and discovery process, which is designed to build a shared understanding of the brand, products and/or services, audience and competitors. We then present our findings in the form of a Digital Strategy Architecture (DSA) document, which includes an in-depth look at the data alongside our recommendations. This approach allows our clients to see the current state of their digital landscape, alongside our vision and strategy for helping them reach their business goals.
We developed a brand awareness campaign for the flight school that included a series of promotional videos that highlighted the unique benefits Aerosim offers its students.
