ABOUT THE PROJECT


With tourists constantly flocking to Central Florida’s theme parks, Florida’s Space Coast Office of Tourism recognized an opportunity to promote the area’s unique offerings in an effort to drive more traffic and boost the local economy. The Visit Space Coast team approached 321 to develop an ongoing digital marketing campaign, complete with individual websites for each city.

OBJECTIVE


Our team sought to create a unique identity for each of the cities on Florida’s Space Coast, including Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and The Beaches, Palm Bay, Port Canaveral, Titusville and Viera, while maintaining a cohesive look and feel across the overarching brand.

We designed and developed lead-generating microsites for each of the six cities, serving dynamic content based on user data. Each site was designed to create a mesmeric experience, utilizing strong imagery to transport the user to the warm, sandy beaches of Florida’s Space Coast.

Each site was designed with the user experience remaining top-of-mind. We also included an integrated lead generation form, encouraging visitors to sign up for news and updates. This allowed us to create a robust database from which we created a content marketing strategy to further build a relationship with site visitors, delivering timely, relevant content.

Each of the microsites we designed and developed for each of the cities on Florida’s Space Coast was optimized for mobile, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

The video series we created was designed to give viewers a personal look at the experiences each city offers. Using GoPros and drones to shoot, we were able to capture the magic of the coast in a truly unique way.

We created a strategy for an ongoing email marketing campaign, featuring event-based, themed emails designed to offer relevant, timely content.
